Hey followers or future followers, well sorry for not writing on here everyday! Ive been super busy with school and trying to get my grades up before senior year :O. Ive been on a diet for about 1 1/2 weeks. It hasnt been that strict, just eating less and more healthy. I dont really have too much time for exercising nor have i been in the mood. This weekend was horrible, i ate so much! I had so much fun on friday that i was just dead tired and i was craving everything! After i ate it i felt so bad .

Sorry I didn’t post my calorie summary of what I ate this weekend. I won’t be posting nor calculating what I eat or exercise on the weekends. They are my days off . This weekend was pretty bad , I ate way too much junk food and I felt so bad after it , I wish I could have thrown it up but I couldn’t. From now on , on the weekend I’m going to eat as healthy as I do on weekdays unless I go to a restaurant with my parents.

Today i didnt have school so i was tempted alot today to eat really unhealthy but i didnt . I was at the pool with my friends and after they ordered pizza hut and ohh jesus it looked so freaking good! cinnamon stich, bread sticks and pizza <3 yummy! but i didnt even bother taking a bite, it wasnt hard at all! I ate alot of calories but i also burned alot.

Today was fine, in the morning my stomach hurt so i took a nap in class. For lunch i made a salad from the new salad bar in my school and it looked so yummy and i took 2 bites and i just wanted to throw up but i think its disgusting so i just couldnt, i ended up giving my salad to my friend -__-. I made homemade hummus and it is so delicious! i went to the store to buy it pre made but 2 tbs is 250 cals !! So i got 2 cans of low sodium garbanzo (chick peas) , half of a red pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 3tbs of olive oil and half of a lemon and put it all in a blender. I made around 32 tbs and each tbs is about 10 calories. Dinner was super good i poured myself two tbs of brown rice but then disposed it because i didnt think it was worth the calories. My friends were so worried during lunch because i couldnt eat my salad and i was freaking out about the calories. I told them i might have the flu but i hate lying to them. Even though i am on a strict diet i still eat really delicious food and i get at least some type of protein in me. I dont wanna be skinny and then have horrible skin and dry thin hair because im being maltritioned.( totally spelled that wrong)
Okay well im on day 3 of the abc diet and it is going well, i havent weighed myself yet but i will on sunday . I am completly following the abc calorie rule but im not taking it to the extreme, i am eating some sort of food everyday with protein so that i dont become un healthy. On monday i had chicken , yesterday i had tilapia and today i had roasted chicken. The abc diet is making me eat a lot less but i get very full. What i do is, for ex if i eat 600 calories and my intake for that is supposed to be 300, i just workout about 350 calories. Today in lunch i had two bites of my salad and i just wanted to gag it but i cant cause i dont like throwing up i think its disgusting and makes me feel weak. I had lunch at subways which i felt pretty bad about in the first place, but anyways next door there was this adorable cubcake store and me and my friend went in and we were going to treat ourselves to 1 small mini cucake but i had my credit card and thank god the lady told me that it had to be a 5$ min to use it, i could have gotten 5 cupcakes and eaten them but i just told her sorry and walked away . SO PROUD OF MYSELF! :D
